INC Gruppen ble etablert da Per Arvid Nødseth og Oddgeir Igland i 1985 forente sine krefter for å bli leverandører til oljeindustrien. I dag består gruppen av 19 bedrifter med omsetning på 700 millioner og 357 ansatte. Per Arvid Nødseth startet og drev NBN Elektro fra sommeren 1979 og Oddgeir Igland overtok ved management takeover West Industri Service AS januar 1981.
